THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As a 1099 Independent Commercial Real Estate Broker your role will be to provide best in class service to current and potential clients in need of commercial real estate services. Primary responsibilities include developing creative marketing strategies to generate sales and sales prospects, develop and grow your professional network, and manage your own book of business. Brokers are free to work from home, but will be encouraged to utilize the company offices in the first few months to learn the ins/outs of the company and culture.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional certifications preferred
  • Active California Department of Real Estate Broker or Sales Person License, required
  • Recent and documented success sales experience
  • Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
  • Soft Skills include: positive attitude, “go-getter”, self-motivated, tenacious sales mentality
