Work Schedule: 9/80 work schedule, in-office position, some flexibility may be considered.

Pay: $120K-$160K +/- annually. Plus great benefits.

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Sustainment Technology PM reporting to the Director of Sustainment will have responsibility for:
 
  • Detailed Planning and Execution of the US Army Autonomous Configuration Management and Aviation Records (ACMAR) Program to include staffing, technology development, financial performance, subcontractor (industry/academia) management, and customer relationship management.
  • Program Management over an advanced technology development program incorporating both hardware and software elements designed around support of US Army future platforms with backward compatibility to legacy aircraft.
  • Hardware technology includes development, adaptation, and integration of cutting-edge sensor technologies to autonomously record, track and report information on select aircraft components to increase readiness and reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Leveraging current on-board sensors, avionics, Engine Control Units (ECUs), Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS), and other advanced onboard aircraft systems, to capture available aircraft data for processing and analysis.
  • Software technologies including development of representative customer data management environment, development of component Remaining Useful Life (RUL) calculations, operator and maintainer user interface applications, and integration with other developed programs as part of the Sustainment Eco-System.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
Must Have:
  • 8-10 + years Army Aviation and maintenance or similar experience
  • 5 + years Program/project management experience in aviation programs.
  • Experience with aircraft Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS)
  • 5 Years of experience on development programs
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification in one or more of the following: Engineering and Technical Management, Life Cycle Logistics, Test and Evaluation or Program Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Nice to haves:
  • Sustaining Engineering/Data Analytics experience
  • Experience working with and analyzing UH-60, CH-47 or AH-64 HUMS
  • Green Belt or equivalent experience working on Process Improvement Initiatives
