ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Are you someone seeking a challenging Administrator role with a room for both personal and professional growth?  If this is you then please read on!

We are seeking an experienced office administrator with excellent Microsoft Excel Skills. The Office Administration role will support company’s operations team. Candidates should have extensive office administration and excellent computer experience with all Microsoft software products. The ideal person should be detail oriented, able to multitask, excel at problem solving and work very well within a team environment.

Must be able to work NYSE trading hours 5:00 NLT 6:00 AM start to 2-3:00 PM

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Familiar with general office administrative work.
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA)***
  • Collaborate to gather requirements for new reporting and enhancements to existing reports
  • Perform data analyst and reporting for effective business decisions
  • Interface between end users and systems applications for all issues
  • Create, generate, streamline, daily/monthly reports in Access & Excel
  • Supporting stock traders and sales team
  • Working closely within the company’s administrative support team


BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Excellent mathematic skills
  • Familiar financial spreadsheets a plus.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint). Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
