We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader who has 10 + years of experience in manufacturing operations, processes and intimate understanding of P&L and process.

In this role the candidate will be responsible for daily operations for company’s dry bulk material conveying solutions in diverse markets such as food, grain, coffee, dairy, chemical, plastic, nutritional and pharmaceutical. This is a crucial role in a growing company through your knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.

  • 10 + years of manufacturing supervising/management experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing of material handling systems and packaging equipment moving a wide range of bulk materials including: grains, powders, food (flour, sugar, salt, etc.), coffee, tea, plastics, chemicals and minerals.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a manufacturing operations.
  • Familiar with accurately forecasting and managing the manufacturing production output, etc.
  • Proven track record in reaching productions goals individually and by leading a team of other manufacturing professions.
  • Bachelor's degree
